These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Thomas Adkins ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Manifest The World (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Manifest The World is a digital manifestation and personal-growth platform that provides journaling, goal setting, affirmations, guided coaching, and related tools ("Features"). We may add, change, or remove Features at any time.
To use certain Features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You retain ownership of the journal entries, goals, affirmations, and other content you create in the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to create and share it.
Certain Features require a paid subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe.com. Stripe.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By subscribing, you agree to the payment, billing, tax, and subscription terms set out in Stripe's Buyer Terms. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Stripe support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law.
We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will apply at the start of the next billing period after the notice.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, visit billing.stripe.com or contact our support team.
We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Service, including our software, documentation, designs, branding, and content we provide. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service within the scope of your selected plan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thomas Adkins and our affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these terms, failed to pay fees when due, created a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violated our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable grace period, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Material changes will be notified in advance via the Service or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thomas Adkins operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
